Well I finally decided I wanted to upgrade KDE on my personal machine so I did. I’m very impressed.. Kubuntu 17.10 runs great on my system, I love some of the andriodesk features such as true gamma control, and a generally cleaner user experience. There’s a few things which bug me. For instance gwenview now opens with it’s focus on the address bar which is VERY annoying and I still can’t assign a wall paper per desktop (This is 2018!!!!!). That said, overall I’m liking the new build a lot and have found it even more stable than what I upgraded from 14.04.4
